Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty

BDK USA Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “BDK”) warrants to the original retail purchaser (“you”) that this BDK product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
1. Warranty Coverage
BDK USA Inc. warrants that under normal use and maintenance, this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from your original purchase date.
2. Authorized Purchases Only
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from BDK USA Inc. or from an authorized BDK reseller. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces are not covered and will void this warranty.
3. What’s Covered

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
4. What’s Not Covered

Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized modification or repair

Normal wear and tear, including fading, scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage

Commercial, rental, or industrial use
5. How to File a Warranty Claim

Email support@carxs.com within the one-year warranty period.

Your name, shipping address, and phone number

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Photos clearly showing the defect

Once your claim is approved, BDK USA Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product or issue a credit toward a replacement.
6. Limitations & Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BDK USA Inc.’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement as described above. BDK USA Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
7. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
