Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty

Motorbox Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “Motorbox”) warrants to the original retail purchaser (“you”) that this Motorbox product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
1. Warranty Coverage
Motorbox Inc. warrants that under normal use and maintenance, this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from your original purchase date.
2. Authorized Purchases Only
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Motorbox Inc., from its authorized Amazon seller, Custom Auto Crews, or from an authorized reseller. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces are not covered and will void this warranty.
3. What’s Covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
4. What’s Not Covered
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized modification or repair
- Normal wear and tear, including fading, scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces
- Commercial, rental, or industrial use
5. How to File a Warranty Claim
- Email support@carxs.com within the one-year warranty period.
- Include in your email:
- Your name, shipping address, and phone number
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Photos clearly showing the defect
- Once your claim is approved, Motorbox Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product or issue a credit toward a replacement.
6. Limitations & Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motorbox Inc.’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement as described above. Motorbox Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
7. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
